Yoga:  The instructor Jen is great!  The class is a balance of meditation, stretching, balancing, and strengthening.  I have worked with her for over 12 weeks and have come a long way in that time.  I look forward to continuing in her classes and becoming more flexible, more centered, and stronger!  The facility staff are very friendly and helpful!

BootCamp - Build • $20.00

One Stop Body Shock!   A challenging high-energy total body conditioning workout that incorporates Resistance, Power and Endurance training.  This workout will vary each meeting, but will always include cardio with strength and stabilization movements.  Add this resistance-inspired cardio workout to build strength and stamina.  Come and get RIPPED
