Led by Coach Erik, Impact Kickboxing always provides an excellent cardio/plyo training while practicing some fun combos. Kickboxing gyms (or some gyms in general) Can sometimes be intimidating for some. The team is friendly, the other workout warriors are friendly, and you can get your work done get about your day. I would recommend for anyone wanting a new avenue to explore fitness.

Jinnia is absolutely fantastic. Her workout was great. I was tired afterward, but I don't feel sore. Would 100% recommend her class! I haven't taken any others yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing what else IMPACT has to offer!

Impact is the best! You're not going to find a better one anywhere around. You feel welcomed from the very start, no matter your experience or skill level. The instructors are knowledgeable and super motivating, the workout is tough, just like it should be. The gym is spacious and clean, and they have all the regulations in place and are following strict guidelines now that they've reopened (after being closed because of COVID-19) which makes me feel comfortable going into the gym. Couldn't recommend it more!

IMPACT! has something for everyone. The classes are challenging, the instructors are super friendly and make it easy for people of all skill levels to follow along. Due to COVID-19, IMPACT! started offering virtual classes (THANK YOU IMPACT!), which keep us moving and motivated while sheltering in place.

Honestly just took the aerial silks class out of pure curiosity but it was exciting and challenging and would definitely take again!
