After working out with Bootique for a year, I took my first yoga class with Ali last night and loved it. My workouts mainly consist of high impact exercises and my body is starting to protest because of it. Ali's yoga class was just what I needed - an hour of focusing on stretching and my breath, but I was surprised at what a challenging workout it was! I sweat as much as I do at the bootcamp sessions! I look forward to making this a regular part of my routine!
