Elisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive
Science from UCSD and has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher
trainings. She has guided students from all walks of life
with varying fitness levels, from underprivileged children, to
surfers, and corporate executives; from novices to seasoned
yogis. She has personally experienced and witnessed the
transformational power of yoga to strengthen the body and
mind.
Behind Elisa's gentle nature burns a fiery passion
to support and empower you with tools to stand taller, literally
and figuratively. She believes moving mindfully instills a
sense of inner peace that truly makes the world a better
place.
When not teaching yoga, you might find Elisa
re-reading the Tao Te Ching and discovering new insights each time,
meditating in icebaths to challenge her resilience, walking
barefoot in nature with her hair down, or trying to improve her
pour-over coffee technique for the perfect brew.
