Jayme brings her passion for fitness, health, and athletic training across all lifts and modalities you traditionally see on the gym floor, including the TRX and ViPR to people of various fitness levels and age. She focuses on form and education of movement first, and helps her clients develop core strength and strength endurance, while improving stability, flexibility, and overall mobility. Jayme incorporates both private and small group training into her schedule with a fun blend of variety and consistency in her programming to progress you toward your fitness goals in a safe, but challenging training program, modifying for medical/injury history and background as needed.
