It was an absolutely fantastic class! I didnt even feel like I was working out. There were three instructors which means each one of us got plenty of coaching and supervision to ensure that we were doing the right thing. For me, it was worth waking up in the morning (and I am not a morning person by any stretch of imagination). Even though this was my first boxing class (not knowing what to expect), I got an intense, energizing and full body workout. I am looking forward to learning a sport I never thought I could!
