In Each class and work out, you will learn something new and different, it can be tiring and boring going to regular fitness GYM with same rotten and not knowing what to do or if they are doing right or wrong!! at Saroughi Fitness/ Kickboxing/ Boot Camp Program you will be taught proper work out and Exercise, the whole class Instructor will be watching you to make sure you are doing proper movement, Classes are focusing on Fighting Skill such as kicking Punching, Toning, Body Shaping, Cardiovascular, Strength, Weight loss, Increasing Energy and Metabolism, Confidence and so much more.
