Outdoor Boot Camp Training

Think fun, think challenging. lose fat, increase strength, get fit, and feel energised.Sessions usually last for about 50 minutes and contain a broad mix of running, bodyweight exercises, boxing and some weight training which have the aim of providing an all-over body workout.
