Small Group Training

Indoor training lasting 1 hour limited to 6 people per class so we can give you more personalised attention to help you achieve your goals! These sessions have a strong focus on strength, core stability, flexibility and general fitness, whether your goals are based around getting back into exercise or whether you’re a fitness enthusiast with an event to train for you can take your conditioning to the next level.
