A great fitness center. I really enjoyed the classes and the Masters Challenge gave me the discipline to get my fitness journey started.  My instructors (William, Michelle and Kim) are awesome and I’m very happy with the results after just 6 weeks.  Many thanks to  Elizabeth for offering this program, keeping in touch and monitoring the results.  Highly recommend!

HIIT • $20.00

High intensity interval training. Exercise strategy alternating periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, inproved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. Can be modified for all levels.
