Procore makes it easy to stay in shape by providing outstanding group training! They also work hard to establish community and have been successful. You most likely are not going to find that in a large gym.
Kelli has been a master trainer since 2005 with well over 15,000 sessions trained. She holds certifications through NASM OPT, NASM PES, NASM CES, NESTA, TRX, Cooper Clinic Biomechanics and is currently working on a certification through Precision Nutriton.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, playing sports (softball and golf), competeing in adventure/obstacle races, attending concerts, being artsy fartsy as well as attending Gateway Church.
