Brenda joined The Workout Barre Instructor team with 30+ years
of teaching experience in fitness, dance, and ballet. Her Barre
classes provide clients with challenging exercises which tone and
sculpt the body. She focuses on the importance of core strength and
flexibility, promoting good posture and a healthy back. Her classes
challenge clients to work for their personal best, and she enjoys
helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Brenda also teaches dance class for children and adults. The
Workout Barre's state-of-the-art studio provides the perfect
environment to leap, turn, and have FUN while learning proper
technique and musicality. Our clients love Brenda’s authentic
Ballet flair!
Brenda also offers private and group drill team lessons at the
studio. Classes focus on skills needed for tryouts: turns, jumps,
high kicks, sequences, and stretching technique. Students will be
prepared for drill team or tryouts in a positive environment and be
ready for action come audition time!
