Accotink Academy Outside

This is such a great class! Eileen keeps it fun, energetic, and challenging. It's been a great motivation to get me out of bed in the early am, which I never thought I would do.

Today was my first class and I really loved it!  It was very hard (for me at least) but a good hard. :)  I haven't worked out in a long time and this was a perfect intro back into what I hope to make an early morning routine.  Friendly group of women, excellent instructor.

What a fun way to celebrate Christmas in July!!  The 12 days of Christmas workout was fun, entertaining, challenging and exhausting all at the same time.  Eileen is such a great teacher and motivator and like all her classes this one definitely delivered an awesome workout and tons of fun!  Thank you Eileen for making your 5am workouts the best way to start my day!

As always, an awesome class by Eileen.  She always keeps it interesting and challenging.  She has created such a family atmosphere in her classes and everyone is so supportive of each other.

I really love this class.  It is a great workout and leaves me energized for my day.  I really appreciate Eileen calling me out when I need to push myself more, move my butt down, move my legs up, etc.  I also love that so far, every workout has been different for each class I have attended.  The 45 minutes seriously flies by :) Thank you so much!
