Perfect Pointe Dance Studio

First time trying this class out and I loved it!  A friend recommended Power Full Fitness/Wellnessliving, and so far so good.  I can't wait to try other classes.  Monday morning's PIYO class kicked my butt, but in a good way.  Laura definitely targeted all the muscles in the body.  Thank you Laura for a wonderful class.

Well - it was a swing and a miss.  The Locaton is no longer called Heartbeats Dance Studio and I got a bit turned around trying to find it so got there about 5:04. The door was locked and I could see the people but couldn't get in so went home. It was 5 am so my location finding skills at that time may not have been the best. I may try again.

Really love the total body workout that PiYo Tone offers.  You literally work every muscle!  It makes getting up early on a Monday so much better.  Thanks!

This class is the perfect combination of barre and cardio. Laura definitely pushes me to the max and I love that each class is different.  Great full body workout in 45 min... I always leave feeling strong!

This morning was my first time doing the Piyo Tone class.  It was great way to start the day.  The 45 minutes flew by and I got a full body workout.  I hope to come back to this class again soon.

I am such a huge fan of the PowerFull Fitness experience! Laura has built a great business that truly feels like a community of supportive women who care about each other. The workouts are just challenging enough to always have something to reach for, but not so tough that I give up. This particular class is a good way for me to build and define muscle and I like the way that it complements the other classes. A great way to start the day!

Great Barre class to get my Friday started off on the right foot.  The music was great and the instructor was welcoming.  I definitely plan to attend this class again!

I love the Tuesday night Piyo class at HeartBeats.  I look forward to going.  Stephanie makes it worth your while and she is AWESOME.  She keeps us motivated and when I leave there I feel great.

First time at the Barre class and now I know why everyone is always talking about it! Thanks Amanda for pushing me farther than I thought I could go.  Your classes are always challenging and fun and you are an amazing instructor! Can't wait till I have muscles like yours! :-)
