Wonderful workout!

Just the right amount of OUCH....actually, maybe a little less next week please-- but I certainly won't hold MY breath :)

Always a fabulous Barre workout with Amanda! I am always glad I went after class is over even if I get a little whiny during the workout!

Pilates is a favorite! Paige is a fantastic instructor, encouraging, upbeat, and picks great music! Loved it!

Great class! Very challenging, but still felt possible as Amanda cheered us on throughout. This was my first Barre class with Powerfull fitness and I felt welcomed.

Wowwy wow, I did it!  Tough class, but if I can do it, anybody can!  Stephanie is an awesome teacher and I wanted to give this class a try after having done Piyo at home.  I've had both hips replaced years ago.  No pain, but I'll never have full range of motion.  Plus I'm way out of shape!  Stephanie was great about modifying the moves and telling us what to expect which I found to be particularly helpful.  Taking this class would be a good way to push yourself in a positive way.  I'll definitely try to come back for more Piyo!

Great class as always.  Stephanie is a dedicated instructor who always gives us alternative ways to do moves just in case we're a little slow  or have missed a few classes.  I love this PIYO class..  Can't wait for next week.

Great class Amanda!  You're reminders of contracting muscles and focusing on the muscles we are working helps us get the most out of the workout!  Thanks for changing it up each class some too so its not monotonous!  Great workout!

Great workout and the kids had a fun play date at the same time!!

Erin's powerfull mat and movement class on Thursdays is awesome!  She has so much energy and the best attitude and always keeps us moving.  It's a really great workout too!
