Megan's Tuesday night strength class is absolutely fabulous!  She changes it up frequently and is always working all of our muscles.  She listens to class member if exercises are too challenging or not challenging enough, and modifies when needed.  I've been more sore over the last three months than I ever remember, in a good way!  Great class!  Great instructor!  Great group!

I really enjoy this class. Amanda keeps us laughing aka breathing thru the whole thing. I feel it working and strengthening my core which is my main goal. Love the music and constant variety of movements. Always look forward to going..and ending. Lol.

I love this class, variety, good music, enthusiastic, helpful instructor.  Even though I don't bring children, I love the feeling of being with moms and the encouragement I get from them to keep on trying.  Great full body workout!

Megan's Strength and Core Tuesday evening class is a challenging, fun class.  On 10/17 we enjoyed a "round-robin style" workout focusing on upper and lower body.  I really liked that format.  It kept it interesting and made the 45 minutes fly by.

The instructor, Amanda, is fabulous! The music and routine were great. I appreciate that my kids can come along and play with others while I workout--even if they do interrupt me at times ;). The Barre Bell class flew by! I know I'm going to be feeling all those little muscles we worked on today!

45 minutes flew by with this awesome class!  The music was great and the workout was challenging and fun!  The room was perfect and I appreciated the generous air conditioning!  Thanks Michelle !

Great class! I love the toning aspect of the class.  4 Stars only because I would like it to be 1 hour versus 45 minutes!

Michelle led a great barre class Thurs night.  She pushed us, helped us work on our form, and offered modifications for our various needs/goals.  She also gave good instruction on how to do the "ballet-light" moves.  It was a good low impact strength class, and she is another great Powerfull Fitness instructor.  I recommend others try it!

I leave feeling like I've had a fun yet hard workout! I take the strength and tone class on Wednesdays at Prince of Peace with Laura. The moves are easily modified to your physical needs. Love that my little one is excited to go to workout class, she follows along sometimes but also plays with the toys that are provided.

I started these classes a couple of months ago thinking that I was going to do it when I can because I probably can't do it any way.  This is how I have thought about most excercise programs.  My outlook has changed.  I look forward to the next class to see what I can accomplish next.  The instructors are mindful of what levels we are at and give positive encouragement when needed.  My favorite saying that Amanda said in one of my first classes with her is:  "your body can do it, you need to tell it to!"  Amanda's barre class has been a staple in my weekly routine.  Also, Sherri's new class on Thursdays leaves me in a very serene place where I feel like I can do anything.  I have enjoyed this organization so much.  Thank you!
