I'm so glad that I found Michelle and FX3!  I always get a good workout.  The classes are small with lots of personalized feedback.  The registration process is simple and convenient but it keeps me accountable so that I never end up missing a planned class.  I really think these workouts are helping to keep me injury-free so that I can enjoy many other activities outside of the gym .

Our purpose at FX3 Fitness is to help you reach your fitness goals in a safe, healthy and fun fitness environment. Whether you are just starting out or looking for something more advanced, our team of certified fitness professionals will provide you with exercise variations that will challenge you at your fitness level.

Our studio is less about flash and more about function. Sessions may include the use of indoor cycles, jump ropes, suspension training (TRX training), Lebert Training and other body weight exercises to create workouts that will challenge you while building your cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance.

Through our fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching we’ll work with you to help you to achieve your fitness goals.
