Harry's class was so gentle and so challenging at the same time. For anyone looking for a good sweat, try floating through one of his vinyasa flow classes! Loved the simple guidance, inviting us to find our own comfortable version of the poses that work for our bodies. Definitely recommend!

Harry

Harry has been practicing yoga since 1999, receiving his 200 Hour Teacher Training certificate in 2009 and has been teaching ever since. He has completed his 500 Hour Teacher Training through Soul Fitness in September of 2018. He has also taken the first 60 hrs. of the Purna Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training Program as well as completing the Thrive Yoga Teacher Training for people with a cancer diagnosis. He has enjoyed learning in a variety of workshops from teachers such as Friedel Khattab, Aadil Palkhivala, Savitri, Seane Corn and Kia Miller to name a few.

Harry enjoys teaching a variety of classes and is alignment oriented in his instruction, encouraging students to explore the postures for themselves, not to create the perfect pose. Harry loves to keep the atmosphere light and to laugh and enjoy the experience of practicing yoga. He truly enjoys introducing yoga to beginners and watching them grow in their practice. He is grateful to be able to share his passion and knowledge with all of his students.
