Harry's class was so gentle and so challenging at the same time. For anyone looking for a good sweat, try “floating” through one of his vinyasa flow classes! Loved the simple guidance, inviting us to find our own comfortable version of the poses that work for our bodies. Definitely recommend!
Katherine offers a dynamic and playful flow with focus on breath and alignment. She is inspired by both traditional and modern styles and seamlessly incorporates both into her teachings.
Since her initial RYT training she has acquired over 2000 hours of teaching experience earning her a designation of E-RYT 200. Katherine regularly attends teacher trainings and workshops to continue to grow in her personal practice and be inspired with what she shares in her classes. She provides an inviting and supportive environment for her students to be challenged, explore and grow.
