Harry's class was so gentle and so challenging at the same time. For anyone looking for a good sweat, try “floating” through one of his vinyasa flow classes! Loved the simple guidance, inviting us to find our own comfortable version of the poses that work for our bodies. Definitely recommend!
Annelise began practicing yoga with her mom which lead her to take a yoga option course in high school. While working at Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios as a receptionist, she took her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Annelise teaches Suspension Yoga for both adults and kids and is one of the instructor for the Suspension Yoga Teacher Training program at Soul Fitness. Her experience in classes like Gentle Flow and Yin Yoga offer students an opportunity to engage deeper in their practice.
