Heidi is a “Women’s Health Enthusiast” and looks forward to sharing the many gifts of Yoga with expecting mothers. She combines her life experiences as a homeschooling Mom of 2, Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher, Physical Therapist, Meditation Facilitator, YTT Anatomy Teacher and Mamata Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Faculty to bring a beautiful balance of physical, emotional and spiritual offerings to the prenatal journey. Through the practices of Pre-Natal Yoga, infused with up to date recommendations from her Physical Therapy background, she hopes to empower expecting mothers to tap into the innate wisdom and potential of their hearts, bodies and minds. She has had the privilege of facilitating the anatomy portions of the Mamata Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher training program and has experienced firsthand the benefits of applying these practices prenatally, during labour and birth AND post-partum. It’s an honor to witness mothers stepping into their power as they quite literally create new life!
