Momentum Fitness is unlike typical gyms and training facilities. Here, every class is taught by a certified instructor, providing small class sizes with hands-on coaching to help every member reach his or her goals. All of our classes are designed for any fitness level and we take pride in creating a fun and energizing workout environment where no two classes are ever the same.
In our open space facility we use state-of-the-art functional training equipment, including: kettlebells, suspension trainers, stability balls, agility ladders, dumbbells and resistance bands. Each class incorporates strength, weight loss, power, agility and speed training to build an over-all more functionally strong and fit body.
We offer four programs: Small Group Training, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Personal Training.
