Head Trainer. A NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, TJ has been teaching group fitness classes for over 15 years. He brings over 15 years of kickboxing and boxing experience to his kickboxing classes, along with 10 years of personal training experience. For the last five years his focus has been on functional strength training and bootcamps, helping numerous members of our community not only change their bodies but also make an overall lifestyle change. TJ believes that to truly succeed at fitness, you need to find a workout that you find enjoybable and look forward to, then make it a permanent part of the rest of your life. His goal as a trainer is to make your workout experience as fun and safe as he can, while helping each person reach his or her fitness goals!
