During Boot Camp Challenge® You Will
Receive:
Fitness for YOU. We created a fitness program for
all levels of fitness, from the first time exerciser to the regular
exerciser. Men and women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome.
Assessments. You will be given assessments on the
first and last day of camp which include body composition and
measurements, cardiovascular assessment, muscular endurance and
flexibility level assessments.
Nutritional Guidance. Our nutritional guidelines
are overseen by registered nutritionists and dietitians. Our
philosophy includes eating healthy, eating smart and paying
attention to what and how much you eat.
Workouts that are safe, fun, and effective. Each
workout includes a warm up, cardiovascular training, muscular
endurance and flexibility training. Workouts are NEVER
repeated.
Education. We ensure you leave our program armed
with knowledge and wisdom so you can continue on your wellness
journey long after your experience with Boot Camp Challenge®.
Trainer Support. The trainers are available
outside of class time to answer questions and help support each
camper.
