Great Shop! The staff is so friendly and always helps out with little bike checks here and there. Tom the mechanic is the local bar taping expert and can talk shop for hours. They helped me re-adjust my bike fit so it was more comfortable for their indoor cycling class. Instructors Andrew G and Dave M helped take my fitness to the next level. The shop owner Lance takes the time to find and order those really hard to find parts and the rest of the staff helped my fit some new cycling shoes. Tom and Lance helped me out so many times with bike builds and advice on brakes and drive train...too many times to count. They have an outstanding inventory and even coffee in the back. Love this place! Check it out and if you are looking to get in shape, join the cycling class on Wednesday nights.
Riding and racing bikes since I was a wee little tot, I grew up imersed in the cycling world. My parents owned a bicycle shop from the time I was eight years old. I spent the majority of my childhood and young adult years racing Bicycle Motocross at an elite level. I was first exposed to indoor training at around 10 years old when my parents put me on a set of rollers. In my adult years I moved into endurance cycling and triathlon. Ultimately I ended up feeling drawn back to the dirt and now specialize in endurace mountain biking, gravel racing, and Xterra triathlons. The unpredictable effort levels, caused by the terrain, in these events is seen in the classes I lead. Expect intense interval work and visualization that challenges you to “be in the race”. If you are ready to get comfortable being uncomfortable come sit in on a session.
