I have been a member at Sweat for almost 7 years. I am so thankful for this community of health and fitness. The staff has a wide breadth of experience and expertise. The classes are fun and challenging. The classes are changed up to keep people engaged. This is a very positive place of health and healing. I recovered from having babies here. I cross trained trained for several events here (Spartan, Escape from Alkatraz, Sf Half marathon, Monterey Bay Half, and 5ks and
mud runs). I have trained for “life” here, keeping up w my boys in street hockey, sledding and hiking threw the snow without getting winded, and backpacking without injury. I look forward to meeting physical challenges in 2020 knowing I am part of a sweet community of people pursuing health through medicinal movement. Thank you Sweat!
Hi, I'm AunDerel (aka Derel) and I love fitness! I've worked 3 years for IS and for the past 2 years I have been a sub-instructor for my parents gym teaching Bootcamp's or co-teaching Kangoo Jumps® with my brother AnTerrio!
My fitness journey began in 2013 when I decided to put on 30lbs of lean muscle. I've accomplished that goal and, now I want to put on another 20lbs of muscle by the summer of 2018!
In January 2017, I was promoted to Director, Social Media, taking over those duties from my dad and I love it! If you see me taking photos and videos in the studio, smile, chances are you'll probably be on one of our social media pages!
