My friend Geetha introduced me to this gym! The classes are great, the trainers are great and the atmosphere is great ! They yell in your face to push you to your limits! The laugh and smile when they see pushing your limits ! All classes are great and different each week!  Some trainers even join the class and workout too!

Classes are designed to help build the muscles throughout your entire body, while developing your overall strength and power along the way. Research has proven that building lean muscle tissue plays a significant role in revving up your metabolism and enabling your body to burn more calories, even while at rest.  Expect to Learn and perfect traditional and non-traditional weight training methods.  Classes range from beginner to intermediate so all are welcome to try!
