What is yoga to you? Yoga is the art of waking up! Yoga is the integration of the mind, body and soul. My goal is to provide a practice that will help you challenge yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. My energetic, bubbly personality will keep you inspired and motivated to push yourself in your practice - which is my intention for each of my students. What we learn on the mat, we take off the mat and into our daily lives. My hope is that you leave feeling powerful, strong and flowing with positivity. I would recommend my class for anyone, beginner or experienced yogi - but be prepared to work! The class focuses on sculpting arms, core and glutes - along with releasing tension during the stretching poses! See you on the mat!
