SWEAT Boot Camps provide full body workouts employing varied
styles including Sculpting, Circuit, High Intensity Interval
Training (a.k.a. HIIT), AMRAP, Tabata, Plyometrics and more.
Workouts vary per instructor and change frequently so your body
will always be asked to adapt eliminating plateaus.
Workouts can utilize sets of weights, kettlebells, bands,
battle ropes, jump ropes, plyo boxes, medicine balls,
stability balls, tires, mats and other portable equipment (all
provided) and may be conducted both indoors and outdoors, weather
The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to
go at your own pace.
*All levels welcomed
Saturday morning classes are typically held outside; weather
permitting. We live in Stockton and get plenty of intense
sun-rays so, please be prepared. Participants should
*Wearing a hat or sun visor
*Wearing sun glasses
*Bringing cold water in an insulated water bottle
*Applying sunscreen (40 spf or greater)
*Bringing a towel to wipe off SWEAT!
