Tactix Conditioning • $20.00

This program has it all.  using combinations of body weight resistance, a variety of fitness equipment, combat fitness, kickboxing an CrossFit techniques, this program will definitely tone your muscles and burn calories.  Our conditioning class incorporates core work, plyometrics and bootcamp fundamentals such as push-ups, squats and lunges.  This class will keep you working hard and sweating for the entire class.  Expect to burn over 700 calories each class and get in shape fast!

 

Boxing Gloves are mandatory.
