It's been 5 years since I was last at TFC. I was inspired by  Tasha's Bounce Back/Birthday Camp. It is as if I picked up where I left off. With 2020 being such a heavy year for me, I decided that it is now time for me to focus on getting back in shape. Special thanks to Tasha and Sherry for keeping me on track. Glad to be back home. WORK TIME- STRENGTH TRAINING • $10.00

Work time is a class mix of aerobic exercise, body weight exercise, gymnastics, and Olympic weight lifting. It's strength and conditioning program. Workouts are typically short—30 minutes or less—and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises; equipment used includes barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and boxes for box jumps.
