Pilates is an exercise method that conditions the whole body. These mind-body exercises are performed at a controlled speed with minimum repetitions and maximum focus. The Pilates system begins by building strength from the core as a foundation, helping to balance the body's musculature enabling a stronger, more stable spinal column; muscles will become toned; posture, flexibility and balance are improved. Results like these are valuable to everybody!
