I’ve been working with Max for a while now to get in shape and get those muscle gains but I also wanted to challenge myself to dig deeper and work on other parts of my fitness like my cardio. I just took my first MaxFit HIIT class with Sierra and what a butt kicker!! She kept us motivated and watched our form while keeping us challenged with the weight and cardio activity! A quick 30 minute literal butt kicking workout to round out my week!! I highly recommend for anyone from beginners to advanced fitness levels to sign up and start making those positive changes to your mind and body! You CAN do it!
Tami has been certified as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition since 2013. She wanted to be able to bring her clients the full circle of health and fitness, so she received her certification as a Personal Trainer from NASM in 2016 after she moved to Arizona from Wisconsin. Bringing a holistic approach to her clients allows them to get more than a fitness and nutrition plan. Health goes well beyond the plate of food we consume and the movement that we do. Tami is passionate about gut health and how it influences our wellness. You will also most likely hear her talking about rugby, essential oils and dogs!
