Crissy's affinity for adrenaline-inducing activities naturally drew her to the world of aerial arts in 2016. Since then, she has primarily trained under the instruction of Thomas Park and MoNika Ell. She specializes in dance trapeze and aerial straps, inspired by her background in gymnastics. Crissy has professionally and academically performed throughout the Phoenix-Metro area, and continues to train on a variety of apparatuses and in acro yoga to remain versatile. More recently, she has become an instructor dedicated to teaching the foundation of safety, technique, and exploration. It is her goal to ensure her students develop fundamental skills, as well as, gain the confidence to enjoy and discover their individual abilities in aerial arts.Apart from aerial, Crissy is a social entrepreneur, seamster, crafter, and gamer. In her free time, she likes to go on adventures with her friends, husband, and two pups.
