TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It’s a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, and supports prevention of injuries.

The Many Benefits of Using the TRX System are:

1. You can work your entire body in a single session, switching from one exercise to the next in just seconds.
2. In every exercise you engage your core.
3. You can adjust to your own personal fitness level.
4. You control the intensity just by moving closer or further away from the anchoring point. Instead of having to grab a different set of dumbbells or add more weight to machines, you simply move your foot placement to increase/ decrease intensity.
