Classes are held on a bouncy floor which is a lot easier on your knees and helps you keep bouncing on your toes and your heart-rate further elevated.
The Kickboxing instructor was very knowledgeable and I appreciated her help in setting up the bag, finding gloves, and learning basic moves before the class started. During the class the students were shown modified versions of the exercise and she let us know when a good time to grab a drink was.
Zumba was fun and catered to the beginners in the group. The teacher had no problem showing different options of the routine if the regular ones were too difficult.
