Last night, I took my first ever on line class Tone and Recharge with Ana and it was great!

I had a few tweaks with the laptop positioning and soon settled in to Ana’s clear, easy to follow directions.  A great mid- week destressor, slept so well.

Emma-Kate
A Canadian champion Irish Dancer and professional Modern Dancer, Emma-Kate Millar never imagined her world reduced by limitations or pain. Her injuries brought her to Pilates in 2002. Pilates has since allowed her to run, jump, and dance through life. In 2004, Emma-Kate received STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer certifications and has been sharing the benefits of Pilates to her network. She has been humbled to work in some of the best studios in Toronto alongside Top Master Trainers. Emma-Kate holds a certification under the Pilates Method Alliance and is most interested in post injury and rehabilitation. Having graduated from both York University where she focused on Dance Injury and The School of Toronto Dance Theatre, Emma-Kate has dedicated herself to bringing awareness to the body, movement, and finding the balance that allows for the occasional cupcake.
