I had some park workouts with Mike, which I really enjoyed. Then the weather got cold, and I wasn’t sure about virtual, so I took a short break. The app was released, so I’m trying that, and Shannon worked with me to get me back on a plan with Mike through that and virtual sessions. I’m also trying a small group class online. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Clear Cut has been great, and they’ve been good at gently nudging me back when I “fall off”, which I appreciate. The workouts have been tough, but in a good way, and have definitely helped with my mental health during these weird times, as well as making me physically stronger.
