A type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
You will need to bring an exercise mat, a light set of dumbbells (5lb - 8lbs) and water for hydration purposes. SAWS has an administrative facility and a customer service facility. The camp is held outside of the customer service facility in the open field.
Directions coming from 410 heading south from 410 you will exit St. Mary/ Mulberry exit and make the turn-around. Stay on the feeder rd. once you take the turn-around...DO NOT get back on the highway. The customer service facility is the 2nd building that you will get to.
Coming from the south on 281 proceed north on 281 and exit St Mary's/Mulberry exit. Stay on the feeder rd until you get to the SAWS facility right past the Mulberry light and then look to your right. Please look at SAWS signs to make sure that you're outside of the customer service bldg.
Please read the SAWS signs as to advise if you're turning into the Customer service or administrative.
