You don’t have to live in the same
city to get awesome results!! TRX programs are
created for you to include nutrition and exercises that will get you to your goals. A
monthly Personal Fitness Program designed just for you, personally by me,
according to your goals, likes and dislikes, time and equipment availability.
· All plans will include:
1. Nutritional guidance
2. Resistance training. Including abs and stretching.
3. Cardiovascular Training
You will need to bring an exercise mat, a light set of dumbbells (5lb - 8lbs) and water for hydration purposes.
