Ages 7-14 are welcome but space is limited
We will meet and run outside every day weather permitting. If it's below 10 degrees wtih windchill, that session will be cancelled for safety reasons!

Come join us on Saturday's at 9am throughout November, December, and January for some soft surface trails and challenging long runs! Motivation to train through the winter months can be difficult, but when you have the accountability from a group of training partners it becomes much easier! As the Kenyan's say, “If you want to go far, go together.”
Saturdays starting November 14th running through January 30th, with the exception of Nov 28th, Dec 26th, and Jan 2nd for a total of 9 Saturdays!
Locations will be determined weekly and sent out via GroupMe to those who choose to join. Some probable starting points and routes are the Great Western Trail, Des Moines Art Center Trails, Browns Woods, Racoon River Park, etc.
As long as it's above 10 degrees with windchill we will run!
We don't expect everyone to make every Saturday, so come as often as you'd like!
