Radio barre has been my go to exercise for over 15 years now. I usually don’t like going to the gym or working out, and Cardio Barre is the only exercise that helps me achieve my weigh loss and fitness goals in a fun way that keeps me coming. I see results quick when I’m consistent and I love that it helps you lengthen and tone without putting pressure on your joints. I’d recommend this to everyone , young and old!
