My style of training is mixture of creative movement and traditional exercise. I specialize in bodyweight, HIIT, TRX and Sandbag training.
I would love to teach my clients to workout and move like athletes at any age. I place a lot of focus and attention on the proper form of each exercise they perform.
My goal is to create healthy minded individuals not only physically, but at the level of their mind and soul. To me fitness is about self love, conscious lifestyle, strength, mobility and healthy relationship with food.
