I was having back pain and no matter what I did it never helped. After going to the Pilates individual sessions with Mary, my back started feeling so much better! Pilates is amazing, and the regression machines that they use make it a great experience. They have mat classes every Saturday and while I'm still going to the individual sessions, I highly recommend both! The individual sessions are great to start strengthening your back and finding out where you need to focus most on. After going to just a couple of sessions my back feels so much better!

Tere Erdmann Hubler has been a student of movement for over 35 years. Her knowledge in Ballet stems from her early study of Cecchetti Ballet with Les Cher Ballet Academy and includes studies at the North Carolina School of the Arts. She danced semi-professionally with Ballet Theater of Maryland under the direction of Edward Stewart (1980's), as well as Southern Maryland Modern Dance Collective (2004-2005). Tere graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1989. In addition to her Ballet training, Tere is a White Belt Trainer in Neuromuscular Integrative Action(Nia Technique) and Pilates. She began teaching Pilates in 2004 and is certified in PeakPilateSystem-II (including Mat & Reformer).
