I love Oxygen! No matter your ability or need this studio offers a variety of classes with instructors that are motivating and well versed in modifications that enhance your workout or flow.  One of my first classes was with Tayler! She is amazing and the reason why I signed up for a membership.  Her class is one I try and return to as often as my schedule allows. She flows with you, demonstrates modifications for all abilities, uses verbal correction to remind you to protect your joints and has great music!
10/10 every time!

I just took the Fast and Furious Fusion class with Amorie and it was just what I needed. The class was the perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Amorie is a great motivator and seems to know when to push just a bit harder and give those few extra reps or another exercise to get your arms, legs and abs burning. I highly recommend this class or any of the others offered. Oxygen has a perfect warm space that is clean and comfortable. 5/5

Nothing bad to say about this place whatsoever. Great variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs. The space is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. I look forward to continuing to take their classes. :)
