Kerry is an American College of Sports Medicine
Certified Exercise Physiologist and currently finishing up her
Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She has over 20
years of experience instructing group classes and over 10 years of
working as a personal trainer in Europe and the United States.
Kerry holds accredited certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group
Fitness Instructor, in addition to a plethora of specialty group
format certifications from CrossFit to Pilates to Zumba to
SilverSneakers. She specializes in weight loss, goal setting,
cardiorespiratory fitness, geriatrics, adaptive fitness, and
increasing functional health. Her belief is that exercise is
medicine and quality of life can be improved through physical
activity. Kerry's approach to physical activity is personable,
evidenced-based, and suitable for all ages and fitness
abilities.
