The workouts are intense and sure to increase your energy and strength. The boot camp concept allows you to work out at good pace for all levels while challenging all areas of your body. I had great workouts but yet did not feel extremely sore. The staff is very friendly, professional and help to push while encouraging you. I love the loud music and changing up of the obstacles as part of
the workout. They offer plenty of classes through the day and evening!

You see, with Fitness, I’ve been involved since I’ve been 8 years old. At that age I was signed up for Martial Arts. (I was obsessed with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.) At around age 13, I started weight training & fell in love with the idea of getting stronger & more muscular.
Fast forward many years later & I’m still on my journey of becoming the best I can be mentally & physically with Fitness.
With People, it’s a similiar story.
