I have never had so much fun doing something that I used to hate- exercise. Hustle is fantastic. We work hard and laugh hard. This is the very best way to go.
I am of the older generation - just about 77- and I love these classes. Chris and Amanda will gear them for my ability, which is pretty good except a few things that are harder for me to do.
