I love going to Yoga classes. Tuesday afre my favorite day because I always know that class will be amazing and relaxing.

All the classes are amazing! Great value for the money, passionate instructors, wide variety of classes throughout the week. Couldn't recommend Freddylive Fitness more whether you are in person or virtual.

Tremendous workout, great instructor. Be prepared to sweat. You will feel accomplished when you are done.

A great full body workout. The studio was spotless. Everyone was 6 ft away from each other felt very safe. Can’t beat his workouts gets you going and motivated in the morning and through out your day. Love  it.
