Grow your yoga practice and prepare yourself for more endurance and strength through Hot Vinyasa Fluid yoga!! We will literally turn up the heat with upbeat music in this energetic style flow of intermediate to advanced sequences. Options and modifications will be offered so that ALL LEVELS are welcome. Come challenge yourself as you will learn correct body alignment through verbal cueing, hands on adjustments as well as restorative style stretching at the end of each session. We will focus on breath control, stamina, mind-body awareness, core development, improve balance, strength and flexibility. Be prepared to detoxify through sweating and deep release as you will experience the power within you!!!!
